We’re taking to the skies again! The Coaster Crew is heading to Germany, Belgium, and The Netherlands for a European Vacation full of coasters, friends, food, and fun! August 9, 2019 – August 17, 2019!

This time will be even bigger and better than before!

We are still working out details with each park to make this an amazing (and packed) adventure, but you can expect 8 days full of some of the greatest parks in the area large and small along with ERT, tours, skip-the-line passes, plenty of food, and more!

– Phantasialand

– Walibi Belgium
– Holiday Park
– Erlebnispark Tripsdrill

What’s Included:
– Admission at each park visited
– Various perks at each park TBA (May include ERT, skip-the-line passes, etc.)
– Breakfast each morning plus at least 1 other meal per day
– Hotels (including arrival night welcome dinner and final night after last park visited)
– Coach Transportation

What’s Not Included:
– Airfare
– Some meals will be on your own
– Shopping

Deposit of $250 due on registration

Per person based on double occupancy: $2699
Single supplement for private room: $600

Age Restrictions:
We recommend attendees be 13 years or older with a parent or guardian (please note international travel with a minor may have additional paperwork or other requirements). No one under 18 unaccompanied. 

Itinerary (Draft – Subject to Change):

Day 0 (Arrival): We will be staying at a Frankfurt Airport-area hotel. A shuttle to the hotel from the airport will be available (included). We will have a welcome dinner that evening inside the hotel so everyone can have a chance to meet and mingle.

Day 1: Movie Park Germany
– All day dining
– All day drinks (standard drinks included; 50% off alcohol)
– 30 min ERT before park opening (attraction TBA)
– Speedy Pass Platinum

Day 2: Efteling
– Reserved seating for Efteling’s famous open-air grandstand show, Raveleijn
– Family-style dinner at Het Wapen van Raveleijn

Day 3: Toverland & Bobbejaanland
– Toverland
-Morning tour & ERT on Fenix
-In-park meal voucher
– Bobbejaanland
-Evening ERT after park close (attraction TBD)

Day 4: Walibi Belgium
– Morning meet & greet with Walibi himself
– Speedy Pass skip-the-line system

Day 5: Phantasialand
– Quick Pass skip-the-line system
– Group buffet at the German-themed restaurant Unter den Linden
– 1 hour ERT after park close on select attractions

Day 6: Holiday Park & Erlebnispark Tripsdrill

Day 7: Europa-Park
– Morning Q&A with Mack Solutions
– Evening group dinner buffet at Four Nations Buffet at the Restaurant Harborside

Day 8: Europa-Park Part 2 (Electric Boogaloo)
– Morning guided tour before park opening
– Group meetup at FoodLoop (Rollercoaster Restaurant)
– Bonus in-park E-Motions gift card good at park restaurants and shops

A Note About Arrival & Departure Dates:

Arrival Date – Friday, August 9, 2019 – This will not be a park day. You should plan to arrive at the hotel by that evening. We will have a welcome dinner so everyone can get acquainted and/or catch up. Our first actual park day will be Saturday, August 10

Departure Date: Sunday, August 18, 2019 – Our final park day will be Saturday, August 17. After park closing, we will take the coach back to our airport area hotel where the night will be included. Afterwards, the organized part of the trip is finished and you are free to extend your stay in Europe on your own or head home.
